Our home search process was surprisingly easy despite a difficult market, thanks to Eric and the rest of the team. He took the time to listen and help us understand our priorities for a home. While looking at homes, he was very helpful to point out problems or features that weren't obvious to us. When it came time to make an offer, he facilitated the communication and prepared documents quickly on a weekend even though we knew he had personal activities going on.
